REFUND CAMP POLICY: Request for camp refund must be submitted in writing no later than two weeks before the first day of camp. Refunds issued will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee for administrative costs.

REFUND POLICY: Request for program refunds must be submitted in writing no later than two weeks before the first scheduled class. For the Winter 2012, the last day to request a refund will be Deceber 20th 2011. This allows us to try to resell the slot before the start of the session. Refunds issued will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee for administrative costs. Class credit may be available due for the unused portion to be applied to a future session. Discounts can not be combined.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: Make up classes must be scheduled in advance and are based on availability. All make-ups must be completed in the session in which the participant is enrolled

2 year old classes require parent participation. 3 year old classes require parent participation as needed.
